Fire Lighting

Using specialised aerial fire lighting equipment, Heliventures can take the stress out of your controlled burn-offs.

We work with land owners to plan the safest and most efficient way to burn off contained areas using our fire lighter which is underslung from the helicopter. This fire lighter dispenses a jelly like substance made from petrol and other chemicals which ignites as it leaves the lighter. This creates an intense fire front for a quick and thorough burn. We take our collapsible monsoon fire buckets with foam dispensing units to all controlled burn-offs we work on to dampen any hot spots or sensitive areas such as boundary lines.
